Corporate governance

The Management Board of ALTUS TFI S.A. hereby declares that in accordance with the Corporate Governance Rules for Supervised Institutions issued by the KNF (Polish Financial Supervision Authority) on 22 July 2014 it has published a notice of their application on its website.

The “Best Practice of the WSE Listed Companies” includes corporate governance rules adopted by ALTUS TFI S.A. These rules apply to the governing bodies, their members and shareholders of a listed company.
